We offer an extensive line of Sunbrella® fabrics. Fabrics come in solids, stripes, and patterns. Please double check the fabric ID number before making your order. There are full instructions for installing your awning products on the products pages.

All of our products are custom made to your specifications. We guarantee our products to be made to the specifications/measurements you provide. In the unlikely event you need modifications from your original measurements, shipping and hourly rates will apply.  Guaranteed Fit Insurance  available for all curtain enclosures – see below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your awning purchase, after installation, call for a return authorization. Proof of Installation will be required. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee to be determined at the time of return. If you need help or more information before installing, feel free to contact us!

Enclosing your porch can be concerning, but we will take the guesswork out of it for you and guarantee a perfect fit. Our Clear Vinyl Porch Protection Curtains or the Sunbrella Porch Roller Curtains make a perfect enclosure to expand your living area. Warranty for Window, Door, Porch Roller Curtains &
Valances and Sunflexx Patio Awnings

Because of the utmost pride we have in our products, we warrant to the original purchaser that the framework and component parts are free from defects in workmanship and material as long as the warranty remains in effect. The awnings are guaranteed to meet the specifications ordered by the customer. If you are unsure about the size, please call a customer service representative before placing an order.

      • PYC Framework & Hardware – Non- Prorated 10 year warranty for Window Awnings, Door Awnings, and Porch Roller Curtains & Porch Valances. * Excludes Rope, Bungee Cords, Webbing Straps for Tie-downs.

• DO NOT wash Sunbrella or any other fabrics in a washing machine. This will damage the fabrics and void the warranty.
• We are not responsible to cover damage to the framework or component parts caused by acts of nature. Acts of nature include, hurricane force winds , lightning, snow & ice (heavy loads that are allowed to accumulate and lay on top of the awning), tornado’s, saltwater damage to hardware, fire or damage caused by falling objects such as a tree limbs, etc. If  product failure is due to misuse or lack of proper installation and maintenance, warranty will be void. Please take photos after installation. You may send the photos to us to ensure proper installation.

Umbrella Frame Warranty

Umbrellas are guaranteed for one full year to be free from defects in original material and workmanship. This guarantee includes the following;
Frame, crank, tilt mechanism, housing, rib cleats, valance clamps, cap. This guarantee does not cover the following:
Product failure caused by unreasonable use and/or care, acts of nature (i.e. wind/storm damage).

In the unlikely event there is a problem, we are here to help!

If a defect in original material or workmanship does occur during the warranty period: PYC Awnings and the manufacturer will repair or replace, at its discretion, the product without charge. If a problem occurs after the long warranty period you may request a repair or replacement quote upon inspection of the damage. Repairs are usually inexpensive or for a fresh new look we can replace the fabric for a fraction of the cost of a new awning! Freight charges both ways will be the customer’s responsibility.

Guaranteed Fit Insurance for Porch Enclosure Systems using our Sunbrella Porch Roller Curtains or Clear Vinyl Porch Protection curtains. Enclosures can be used for screened porches, gazebos, restaurant outdoor dining areas, commercial outdoor areas and anywhere you need drop down curtains for protection from the weather. Keep out rain, snow pollen and wind. Our curtains are designed to with-stand wind loads up to 70mph.
