The curtains are beautiful and seem very well made. i’ve only had them for about 3 weeks. I had my handyman install them and he found the instructions to be a bit cumbersome. He is a very creative guy though and figured it out. Our only other issue at this point was navigating a way that the curtains wouldn’t “bunch up” when you start to roll them up. They tend to bundle themselves in the cord. We purchased large “paperclips” that won’t rust to secure the bottom of the shade so that it rolls up smoothly. I’m certain the shades will do the trick and they look great. The ordering process was very easy.

Hi Erica- Thank you for the review. We always welcome feedback to make improvements. The curtains should roll up without much effort, however when they are brand new the Sunbrella fabric is a bit stiff. You will find after you roll them up a few times they will acclimate and roll much neater and smaller, but they should not bunch. If they bunch it could be the ropes were not strung properly. If you would like to send photos of how the rope was installed, I will be able to see if it was installed/strung correctly and assist to correct any problems.
